For Talaaq and Mediation services, we may also collect details about the other party to the proceedings where provided by you.

We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with any organisation outside ShiaJamaat except where necessary to deliver your service (for example, sharing your details with a registered Alim who will conduct your Nikaah).

The Islamic Will Generator at shiajamaat.com/islamicwill4/ is specifically designed not to store your data. No personal information, assets, or will content entered into the generator is stored on our servers. Your completed will is generated and emailed to you, and no copy is retained by us.
